The Body Scrub

To ensure you have massaged the scrub for long enough, put your favorite song on and don’t stop until the chorus has ended.
Once or twice per week, apply in the shower by gently massaging onto dry skin with circular movements, paying extra attention to rougher areas such as elbows and heels.
For gentler exfoliation, apply to damp skin. Rinse well and dry.
